We are looking for an experienced, multi skilled Customer Service Adviser to join our team at Wigan Head Office. You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience to both our members and club teams by email, telephone, chat and social media.

You will work well under pressure, demonstrate empathy to understand the customer needs, taking ownership to resolve any complaints.
Current office hours are Monday-Friday 9-5pm although flexibility will be required to manage peak volumes.
